SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons (such as holidays) or high order volumes, processing time may take slightly longer.
Customers will be notified by email if any unexpected delays occur. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Shipping destination and region
- Total package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method available for your region
The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.
Free Shipping: Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions for specific products, order amounts, or regions. Check our homepage or promotional emails for current offers.
3. Packaging
All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition. We use:
- Protective materials such as bubble wrap, foam padding, or air cushions
- Sturdy corrugated boxes appropriate for the item size and weight
- Waterproof packaging when necessary
Packaging may vary depending on item size, fragility, and shipping location to provide optimal protection during transit.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Tracking number
- Direct tracking link
- Carrier information (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Estimated delivery date
Important: Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's system and begin showing updates.
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number manually
- Contacting us for assistance if you have trouble accessing tracking information
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes imposed by your destination country.
Important: These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. Customs policies vary by country, and we have no control over these fees.
We recommend:
- Checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges before ordering
- Being prepared to pay any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery
- Providing accurate contact information so customs authorities can reach you if needed

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses
- Missing apartment, unit, or suite numbers
- Recipient unavailability at the delivery address
- Delivery refusal by the recipient
- Undeliverable addresses (e.g., P.O. boxes where prohibited)
Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:
- You will be notified by email
- Reshipping will require payment of an additional shipping fee
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@billiardstroketraining.com. We can only modify addresses before the order ships.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged:

8. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on:
- Stock availability at the time of fulfillment
- Product location in different warehouses
- Shipping efficiency and optimization
Good News: Shipping your order in multiple packages will not affect the total shipping cost you paid at checkout. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
